OCCUPANCY POLICY: Cottages rented to members of one family only.
3 bedroom cabin = Maximum occupancy 8 people (up to six adults plus children).
2 bedroom cabin = Maximum occupancy 6 people (up to four adults plus children).
1 bedroom cabin = Maximum occupancy of 4 people (up to 2 adults plus children).
All rentals are family rentals (couples or families with children).
No rentals to minors or those not fitting with a family resort.
Mt. Knoll Beach Cottages, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

DEPOSIT: Deposits are required to guarantee your reservation. Deposits for reservations made by phone must be received within 7 days. A $400.00 deposit for all units for each week stayed may be paid by personal check, bank check or money order - sorry no credit cards. Deposits are a commitment for the full amount of your time requested. There will be a $30.00 fee on returned checks.

BALANCE: Entire balance is to be paid in full on arrival. No personal checks accepted. Cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa, MasterCard are accepted. Corporate or Business Credit Cards (Business name printed on card) are not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Sorry, deposits are not refundable. No refunds for early departure.
