NO PETS AND NO VISITORS

OCCUPANCY POLICY: Cottages rented to members of one family only.
All rentals are family rentals (couples or families with children).
No rentals to minors or those not fitting with a family resort.
Mt. Knoll Beach Cottages, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

DEPOSIT: Deposits are required to guarantee your reservation and must be received within 1 week of the booking date or the reservation is cancelled. A 50% deposit for all units is required for each week stayed and may be paid by personal check, bank check or money order - sorry no credit cards. Deposits are a commitment for the full amount of your time requested. There will be a $30.00 fee on returned checks.

BALANCE: Entire balance is to be paid in full on arrival. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. No personal checks or money orders will be accepted. Corporate or Business Credit Cards (Business name printed on card) are not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel 60 days or greater from the check-in date and there is no charge or penalty and your deposit will be returned to you. Cancel within 60 days (0 - 59 days) to the check-in date and the charge is 50.0% of the rate, this is equal to the amount of the required deposit. For cancellations within 60 days of the check-in date, partial refund may be issued if the unit is re-rented for all or part of the period of time canceled. No refunds for early departure.
