Guidelines for all guests and all accommodations

As always the health and safety of our staff and our guests is our number one priority. We here at Mt. Knoll Beach Cottages are taking extra measures to assure everyone's safety. Since the start of covid the hospitality industry has gone thru some changes, we are getting back to normal but for now some of the adjustments since the start of covid will remain in effect until further notice.

First off, if anyone is feeling sick, they shouldn’t come so please reschedule your vacation with us. Don't worry about your deposit, it will either be refunded or can be used toward a rescheduled stay.

"Check-in" time is after 3pm and "Check-out" is 9am. Please no early arrivals and no late checkouts as our cleaning staff needs the time to clean and disinfect properly.

No visitors and no outside guests will be permitted on the property at any time. No exceptions!

All units will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guest stays as per the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting.

All bedding and sheets will be removed and cleaned between guest stays.

We will be providing fitted and flat sheets only. Please bring your own blankets and pillows. This way you can use the sheets and mattress pads we provide with your own blankets and pillows. If you are traveling by airplane, just notify us in advance and we will provide the blankets and pillows that you need.

Contactless check-in is available. This is for prepaid guests only. If you choose this option your cabin will be unlocked with a key inside. You can go directly to your cabin upon arrival. As always we will be on property should you need to contact us for anything.

If you still have a balance due, please stop at the office upon arrival to the property and you can pick up the key to your cabin once the balance due is paid.
